Your Delivery Details

All our fresh fish and fresh Shellfish is vacuum packed for freshness and packed in ice for deliveries. Frozen Fish would have been vacuum packed on the day of delivery for freshness. We send out our deliveries by Parcel Force, so by supplying us with an email and a mobile your parcel can be tracked from when it leaves us. How we send all parcels

• - By express am and therefore will arrive the next day by noon.
• - Postage of 6.99 express am by 12 noon
• - Order over £65.00 free delivery express delivery by noon
• - Express 10am an additional charge of £10.00
• - Saturday deliveries £25.00 inclusive.No Sunday or Monday deliveries

We are unable to deliver to areas outside of the British Isles and in areas where Parcel Force hand over to Royal Mail. As the delivery times are outside our recommended guarantee time. We will deliver to main Parcel Force depot for your collection.

Parcel Force are unable to collect on Bank holidays. We accept the following cards.

Packaging Your Order

• Your order will arrive in perfect condition. The order is packed in poly lined rigid boxes and are kept chilled with Chillerz sheets on the outside of the box (top and bottom). These are all then placed inside a larger polystyrene box for complete protection and to retain the chilled temperature of your order.
